Meet one of our Waiters

Kerry is one of our fabulous waitresses at Hackett’s Bistro.  You’ll recognise her great smile and efficient service.  She’s twenty four and studied Travel and Tourism at Oxford Cherwell Valley College.   Kerry is a local and works long shifts for us at Hackett’s but it doesn’t seem to mar her enthusiasm or dedication to the job.

We have a great team at Hackett’s Bistro and we’re very aware that service needs to be impeccable but when you see your waitress a bit down or looking stressed remember that you can help them feel better with a simple smile or a ‘thank you’.  They really appreciate feedback and whilst people are quick when they have a complaint, it’s few who remember to compliment the waiter/waitress on their good service.  We want them to enjoy their work.
